Tourmaline that belongs to the hexagonal system having electrical features is widely used as a multi-functional ore from high emission of far infra-red rays and II-Ray action to emission of anions, but, as it is very weak to heat, in case of ceramic balls formed at the firing temperature of 650-700 degrees in centigrade, it is hard to expect the original functions, and, even in case of applying tourmaline with heat of less than 700 degrees by flit processing, there have been many difficulties in use due to continuing particulates.

However, through constant research and development, we have completed tourmaline balls by the temperature of less than 230 degrees in centigrade with a mixture of pure tourmaline powder (325 Mesh) with functional ores, using a new processing method, and as the result we have made the functions maximized.
